What’s in the box:
The AC60 power station weighs 20 lbs and measures 11.5″ L x 9.25″ H x 8″ W. There’s a sturdy carry handle so it’s easy to tote around, and the unit features a large emergency LED light across the entire back with three modes (half, full, blinking SOS).
AC, solar, and car charging cables are included. With 7 outputs, the AC60 charges a wide range of devices at once, including laptops, tablets, cell phones, cameras, drones.
Bring the comfort of home with you too – charge fans, camp lighting, ice-makers, and fridges. Enable Power Lifting mode to charge appliances with heating elements like hair dryers and grills.

The AC60 has multiple ports and outlets:
- AC Outlets: 2 x 120V/5A Outlets (600W In Total)

- DC Outlets: 1 x 12V/10A (Car Outlet)
- Wireless Charging Pad: 1 x 15W Max.
All of the outlets are sealed with thick rubber covers making it dustproof and water-resistant and perfect for dusty camp sites, activities near water, and you’re fine if it starts to rain.
Charging with the AC60
The AC60 offers fast charging capabilities, reaching an 100% charge in just one hour via A/C. It’s supposed to offer 3000+ charging cycles before reaching 80% of original capacity.
It can be charged via AC power, solar panels, a car cigarette lighter, and lead-acid battery. The ability to both charge and discharge simultaneously is a nice feature (“pass-through charging”).
Capacity can be increased up to 2,015Wh by using a B80 expansion battery. If your power needs ever increase, there’s the option of plugging up to two B80s into the ports on the side.
I tested various charging and discharging scenarios but am not a detailed stat tracking kinda person that produces heaps of techy results… but did take some notes while putting the AC60 through normal uses.
While using a laptop with an external hard drive for 2.5 hours the unit’s capacity drained just 36%. Just like with the EB3A I’m finding that I’m done before the unit is empty.
The top of the AC60 has a wireless charging pad so it’s easy to top off a phone. So easy, that since the units been in my office while working on this review I keep popping it on there instead of my actual charger.
Especially since I’ve been charging the unit via solar panels therefore the power is free. Not what you’d buy the unit specifically for, but handy. The phone went from 60% to 100% in about 2 hours.
Optionally, use the BLUETTI mobile app to easily monitor charging and battery level, access the unit’s controls, change settings, and apply firmware updates via Bluetooth (within 10 meters).
The controls are easy enough to use but this is a nice added feature.
Charging the AC60 via Solar Panels
Solar panels are an optional add-on and definitely worthwhile. The AC60 includes solar charging cords and can handle panels up to 200W. We had the opportunity to also test Bluetti’s PV200 panels.
It took just minutes to unfold the PV200, plug them into the side of the unit, and start charging.
The solar seemed to charge pretty fast. And, honestly, charging with solar was fun. Maybe it was watching the battery capacity climb on the app or maybe it was the novelty of getting free power from the sun.

Overall
This is a solid pick for a power station with a lot of well thought out features and is geared for users with a moderate amount of power storage needs. Definitely consider adding a solar panel at some point.
