Hiking from Perkins Tower down the Major Welch Trail and around Doodletown.
Usual Harriman trail; rocky, many streams, scenic views in spots, overall nice hiking.
Took Otter Hill GREEN to an unmarked WOODS ROAD. A sign for Glenwild Fire road is on the corner across from it.
Basic Harriman trail: rocky, up and downs to keep it challenging, some views with rock outcrops, nice forest, stream crossings
Norvin is a nice challenging park where you can put together a decent length hike.
Steeply up, then co-aligned with Rock Cores trail, then steep again up to Sunfish Pond. North of the pond, followed AT past several viewpoints.
